all items are delivered by PostNL or OCS.
delivery time commences as soon as extreme cashmere has received payment from the customer.
all orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. after your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
returns & exchangeswe hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don't worry if something isn't quite right. you may return an item within the 14-day period following the item’s delivery.
an item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the returns procedure as otherwise the refund may be delayed.
please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. any item that is not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
we'll give a full refund within 30 days (or refund the difference, in case of exchanges).

the goods must be sent back to us in perfect condition.
returned items will only be accepted if all labels are intact and affixed.
extreme cashmere will not accept any items whose labels are missing.
we advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number.
extreme cashmere is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.
defective items are exchanged for the same type of product in the same color and size, subject to availability. refunds for defective items will be effected within 30 days of delivery. customers that wish to make a complaint should always first contact the customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
