extreme cashmere ships to most countries around the world. Shipping costs and delivery time may vary per country.

All orders are dispatched 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. The customer receives a tracking number by
e-mail once the order has been sent.
During local national holiday periods delivery times may change. Courier delays may also affect delivery times. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
*duties and taxes to non-EU countries
For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. Please note that extreme cashmere is unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company (UPS) will contact the customer once the purchase arrives in customs to inform them about the amount of additional costs. Please note that if customers don’t choose to pay the import taxes, extreme cashmere reserves the right to charge the customer for incurred costs.
extreme cashmere insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified delivery address. extreme cashmere requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to the customer.
Customers can send an e-mail to email@example.com to cancel an order. Please note that as a purchase will be prepared and dispatched quickly, extreme cashmere might not be able to accommodate this request. In that case, the usual return policy comes into effect.
returns & exchanges
Customers may return their purchase within 14 days after delivery. An item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the return procedure (sited below) to avoid loss or delay. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags and original packaging. Any non-faulty garments that are not in a condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer. extreme cashmere will give a full refund within 30 days (or refund the difference, in case of exchanges).
Customers are asked to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, to inform extreme cashmere of their request to send a return. All returning garment must be sent back in perfect condition, with intact and affixed labels. Customers are advised to provide their return shipment with a tracking number, as extreme cashmere is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss. Refunds will be effected within 30 days after delivery.

Please note: Defective items are exchanged subject to availability, or refunded otherwise. Customers that wish to make a complaint are asked to the contact customer service department via email@example.com. Garments purchased at the extreme cashmere showroom in Amsterdam that will be exchanged or returned will not get refunded. Instead, a voucher is provided.
All prices are in euros including Dutch VAT (21%) and excluding shipping costs. extreme cashmere accept payments via iDEAL (in The Netherlands), PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. After placing an order, costumers receive an automatically generated confirmation by email. Payments are processed by Mollie.
